Our background

L’Or blanc was born from the partnership of two friends, Valérie and Christine, who share human values and a love for beauty,
guided by the philosophy of offering families a beautiful vessel as the final resting place for their departed loved one,
to bring comfort to grieving families,
to promote products made in France.

"It all begins in my workshop located in the Paris region, where I imagine and create the designs that will adorn the urns."

Valérie E.

Former nurse, I love people and have an overflowing empathy that I wish to bring to the service of grieving individuals. I have been painting on porcelain for about twenty years.

« Passionate about art and convinced of my friend and partner's talent, it became clear to me that the urn is an object of great significance. I am delighted to provide an alternative for families who wish to choose a precious urn with a personal touch and French craftsmanship. »

Vessels designed for the deceased

L'Or blanc pays tribute to the deceased through a creative and refined object. Celebrating the life of the departed person with an item that reflects their essence.
We aim for our vessels to "soften" the hardship of losing a loved one through enhanced visualization. Indeed, the last image that remains in our minds during a funeral is often that of the vault or columbarium. That's why we want the decorated and personalized urn to be a beautiful representation of this intensely emotional moment. Our creations carry a message of love and celebrate the life of the departed.

Les urnes funéraires de Hugette et Roger

It all began with the passing of my in-laws. I suggested to my husband and sisters-in-law to decorate porcelain urns for Huguette and Roger, who had wished to be cremated. I crafted urns that reflected their personalities: joyful and elegant, paying homage to my in-laws with vessels that encapsulated a lifetime of memories. It provided comfort to my extended family, my husband, and our children during a difficult time.
